This role contributes to the definition of the handover scope to operations and helps ensure consistent execution of operational procedures. It also performs hands-on IT support across the service desk and incident lifecycle. What You'll Do

Contribute to the definition for scope of handover to operations and ensure consistent execution of operational procedures

Execute 1st level service desk for IT service portfolio

Execute 2nd and assist 3rd level support for IT solutions

Pick up and prioritize Service Requests & Incidents

Administrate, monitor, and operate existing IT systems

Create, approve, manage, and maintain IT continuity plans

Administer and manage user identity and access to IT systems

Ensure security protection and technical realizations for IT systems What We're Looking For

Master’s degree or higher in Information Technology
