About the Role The Specialist HR Business Partner serves as the HR lead for a defined group within a site or country, shaping employee strategy and partnering with leaders on people-related decisions. You will act as the interface to all HR functions and support workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and talent management to enable the organization’s objectives. What You'll Do
- Supports as HR Business Partner a defined group of representatives within a country or site
- Supports leaders in designing the employee strategy for their respective area of responsibility
- Acts as HR Business Partner to assigned area of responsibility in HR related matters
- Acts as an interface to all HR departments for HR-related topics
- Organizes the relevant information for Annual Salary Increase, personnel planning as FTE and personnel costs
- Supports strategic workforce planning
