About the Role MTN Nigeria seeks a Specialist - Business Continuity Management to lead the BCM program, strengthen resilience, and ensure continuity of critical operations. This role oversees BCM risk identification, assessment, monitoring and mitigation across processes, services, technology, suppliers, and sites, and coordinates the development, testing and continuous improvement of continuity and recovery plans in line with regulatory requirements and ISO 22301. - Assess, develop and deliver BCM training and awareness; maintain training materials; assess organisational training needs; and recommend training interventions to the Senior Manager, BCM.
