Job title: Spawacz/Spawaczka
A welder/welderess will join Caterpillar to weld and assemble components for construction and road machines in accordance with MAG 135/136 standards. Based in Janów Lubelski, Poland, the role includes working in a three-shift system to support a dynamic, global manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do
- Perform MAG 135/136 welding per technical drawings and assembly requirements
- Weld and assemble machine subassemblies for construction and road equipment
- Adhere to safety, quality, and productivity standards
- Operate equipment as needed; crane operation certification preferred
- Work in a three-shift system; maintain clean and organized work area
- Follow Caterpillar policies and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Current welding certifications in MAG 135/136
- Willingness to work in a three-shift system
