- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve client concerns professionally.
- Manage appointments, opening and closing procedures, and daily operational reports.
- Drive treatment and retail sales to achieve business targets.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and compliance with company policies.
- Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and equipment maintenance.
- Manage inventory and maintain adequate stock levels of products and supplies.
