Reports to: Executive Chef
Supervises: Junior Sous Chef, Chef de Partie, Demi Chef de Partie, Commis Chef I, Commis Chef II, Commis Chef III, Kitchen Assistants, Apprentice Chefs, Kitchen Porters (operationally), and assigned Kitchen Staff.
