About the Role In this role, you will lead complex sourcing initiatives to achieve cost reduction, consolidate spend, and enhance service, reliability, and productivity. You will develop and implement regional sourcing strategies, manage requests for proposals, analyze bids, select suppliers, negotiate contracts, and oversee contract performance. You will manage strategic supplier relationships with original equipment manufacturers, dealers, and service providers, driving continuous improvement and resolving disputes. You will ensure procurement policy compliance by collaborating with global, cross-functional stakeholders and acting as the main contact for Plants and Production procurement activities in the region.
