Sourcing Analyst
Summary This position represents L-H Battery in sourcing activities, developing sourcing strategies, documenting the strategies, formulating policies, assisting in developing Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), evaluating supplier performance, weekly to monthly reporting of group activity, interacting with all areas of the sourcing team.
Responsibilities
- Analyze existing sourcing processes and work to implement efficiencies.
- Resolve day-to-day issues and promote operational excellence in consistency.
- Lead or support competitive bidding processes including: RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs.
- Evaluate supplier proposals using total cost of ownership (TCO) methodologies.
- Assist in negotiating pricing, commercial terms, and service agreements.
- Interact with all stakeholders internally as well as externally for everyday sourcing operations.
