- The Sorter is responsible for accurately receiving, sorting, scanning, organizing, and preparing parcels for dispatch according to company procedures and destination routes.
- The role ensures parcels are handled with care, processed efficiently, and dispatched within approved timelines to support excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
- The Sorter is expected to maintain high standards of accuracy, productivity, discipline, and teamwork while complying with all operational and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Parcel Receiving:
- Receive inbound parcels from transport vehicles.
- Verify parcel quantities against the accompanying manifest.
