About the Role Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Sort Machine Sort Operator for the 1st shift (Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:00 pm) in Decorah, IA. This role supports our precision fastening and assembly solutions by operating sorting equipment within a manufacturing environment. - Operate and monitor a sort machine on the 1st shift to support production schedules.
- Follow safety procedures and quality guidelines to ensure reliable operation and product quality.
