About this role
About the Role The Sonographer works under the direct supervision of the Radiologist and the Imaging Services Supervisor to perform a variety of ultrasound procedures within the department's scope of practice. This full-time night position serves patients across all ages and backgrounds, with scheduling options of 9p-7:30a or 8p-6:30a, Monday through Thursday, at Broadlawns Medical Center. What You'll Do
- Perform ultrasound procedures and related duties according to department policies and scope of practice.
- Maintain timely workflow and ensure ASAP exams are completed within one hour, and stat exams reported within one hour as directed by the Radiologist.
- Demonstrate flexibility, teamwork, and a positive work environment; participate in annual mandatory training and competence in specified computer and ultrasound applications.
