Job Title: Solutions Engineer
Job Description As a Solutions Engineer, you will serve as the primary operational contact and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned client portfolios. You will oversee day-to-day administration, client onboarding, performance reviews, process optimization, and UAT testing while collaborating across internal teams to ensure operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Primary Operational Contact & SME: Act as the main operational contact for assigned client portfolios, handling daily administration, complex inquiries, and routine escalation resolution.
- Onboarding & Implementation Support: Execute setup, data verification, and validation within internal tracking systems to ensure seamless transitions for new client accounts.
