About the Role
We are seeking a Solutions Architect / Technical Consultant to serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients, designing optimal TiDB-based solutions, leading PoCs and benchmarks, and driving adoption of PingCAP products and services across enterprises.
What You'll Do
- Build trusted advisor relationships with clients and design optimal TiDB-based solutions leveraging PingCAP products and services.
- Create technical content to help clients adopt and implement solutions.
- Lead PoC and benchmarking activities, demonstrating product effectiveness.
- Collect feedback from the field and collaborate with product teams to drive improvements and competitiveness.
- Share best practices internally and externally to scale knowledge across the organization.
