About the Role Join Eon as a Solutions Architect focused on cloud infrastructure to design and implement our cloud backup solution for enterprise customers. You will drive technical conversations, shepherd proofs of concept, and translate client feedback into actionable requirements for product and engineering teams. You’ll build trusted client relationships and help shape how our platform meets real-world needs. What You'll Do
- Act as the primary technical advisor for enterprises evaluating Eon, demonstrating capabilities through proofs of concept and providing guidance on integration, deployment, and adoption best practices
- Partner with account executives to understand client requirements and configure Eon’s capabilities to meet their needs
- Lead new client onboarding, map business needs, and design Eon’s solution to address their problems
