This role is pivotal in helping our clients across diverse industries harness the power of a knowledge graph-based enterprise data catalog, supporting their data governance initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Partner with customer's business and technical teams to understand requirements and craft implementation strategies.
- Take charge of deliverables during the customer implementation lifecycle, ensuring successful integration and platform functionality to support the success of the identified use cases.
- Collaborate with customers to refine technical and business processes, ensuring ServiceNow's WDF offering is optimally aligned with their data infrastructure.
