About the Role The Solution Architect is the field engineer responsible for taking projects from Sales to Service, including the deployment of Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) Systems, Mobile Applications, and Records Management Systems (RMS). This remote role supports the North America Solutions Deployment and Integrations team, delivering interfaces within customer enterprise networks. What You'll Do
- Coordinates and implements customer installation activities in a time-sensitive manner.
- Elicits customer requirements and communicates technical details to all levels of the organization.
- Understands Public Safety customer environments for product security and reliability.
- Delivers solutions within defined product interfaces and standardization.
- Performs general software and IP network debugging; must be a problem solver.
