Prozess und ApplikationsAbstimmung: Analyse, Definition und Optimierung der Geschäftsprozesse mit dem Schwerpunkt Manufacturing, Engineering, Procurement. Schnittstellen Design zwischen Business Stakeholdern (Process Managern) und Service Ownern auf IT-Seite (SAP ERP, Siemens Teamcenter). Erstellung von fachlichen und technischen Spezifikationen (BRDs, FRS, Architecture Blueprints) Solution Design & Architecture: Entwicklung von Ziel und Übergangsarchitekturen (TO BE, AS IS) für die gesamte Applikationslandschaft. Definition von Integrationsmustern (APIs, IDOCs, OData, REST, MQ). Sicherstellung von Non Functional Requirements (Performance, Security, Scalability, Compliance). S/4HANA Migration:
