Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and expand market presence in solar and energy storage solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, EPCs, and corporate clients.
- Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Achieve and exceed assigned revenue and growth targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA an advantage).
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience; renewable energy sector experience is a strong advantage.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership and team management experience.
- Strategic planning and market analysis skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems.
