About this role
About the Role The Backend Software Engineer role sits within Motorola Solutions' Avigilon Alta Video backend team. You will help build and maintain the cloud-based Alta Video Management System backend that monitors and manages video cameras, access control systems and sensors. This hybrid role is based out of the Uxbridge office for 1 to 2 days a week. What You'll Do
- Design, develop and maintain the backend of the Alta Video Management System (cloud distributed)
- Implement new features, enhance capabilities and scale the backend; maintain CI/CD pipelines and customer deployments
- Collaborate in an agile, autonomous environment with emphasis on quality and security
- Be willing to learn new languages and technologies; contribute across multiple languages as needed What We're Looking For
