About the Role We are seeking an Intermediate Developer with strong C++ and C# skills to contribute to on-premise or cloud platform development. You will provide hands-on technical leadership in new product development and maintenance, delivering complex, large-scale public-facing applications and APIs in a hybrid work environment from Vancouver. What You'll Do
- Be a key contributor within the Scrum team and drive the journey to high performance
- Develop on Avigilon Unity Video Products used by security professionals worldwide
- Build trust, mentor teammates, and champion a culture of continuous learning
- Define and execute build pipelines, containerization, DevOps tooling, and test automation
- Deliver end-to-end software solutions: design, architecture, implementation, maintenance, and user support
