About the Role Honda's Customer Experience (CX) Architecture Unit within the IT department is seeking a Software Applications Architect to design seamless, scalable CX platforms for Honda and Acura brands. You will lead architectural strategy and deliver innovative, high-load solutions that earn trust and satisfaction. What You'll Do
- Serve as the solution architect for high-impact CX programs and projects within the portfolio.
- Develop solution architecture blueprints, POVs, and guide architectural decisions.
- Conduct architecture reviews and provide hands-on guidance to development teams.
- Ensure solution designs conform to enterprise standards and strategic objectives.
- Define current (as-is) and future (to-be) state architectures and roadmaps, including interim states.
- Stay current with technology trends and incorporate relevant innovations into strategic planning.
