Peculiar Shortlet Apartment is seeking a creative, proactive, and results-driven Social Media & Shortlet Manager to grow its social media presence and oversee day-to-day shortlet operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the apartment's social media platforms.
- Create engaging content, including photos, videos, reels, and promotional materials.
- Respond promptly to enquiries, messages, and comments from guests and potential customers.
- Manage shortlet bookings, reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.
- Coordinate guest communication and ensure excellent customer service.
- Promote available apartments and special offers to increase occupancy.
- Maintain accurate booking and guest records.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure apartments are guest-ready.
