About the Role Synthesia is looking for a Social Media Lead who will own Synthesia’s presence across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. You won’t just post; you’ll shape the voice, strategy, and distribution for a leading AI company, helping translate complex AI conversations into human, compelling storytelling. You’ll report into the Head of Social Media and collaborate with a team of six to ensure ideas travel and reach the right audiences. What You'll Do
- Owning Synthesia's presence across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, day to day and long term
- Shaping the social voice and narrative around AI, creativity, and the future of work
- Building a content calendar that has rhythm without losing soul
- Engaging with our community in a way that’s fun, thoughtful and real
