About the Role Synthesia is seeking a Social Media Lead who will shape how the company sounds and shows up across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. You won't just post; you'll think strategically about voice, narrative, and distribution, turning ideas into content that travels. You’ll be part of a team of six and own Synthesia's presence and voice in the AI, creativity, and future of work conversation. What You'll Do
- Owning Synthesia's presence across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, day to day and long term
- Shaping the social voice and narrative around AI, creativity, and the future of work
- Building a content calendar that has rhythm without losing soul
- Engaging with our community in a way that’s fun, thoughtful and real
- Tracking what works, spotting trends, and knowing when the numbers are telling the story and when they're not What We're Looking For
