About the Role Skilled Trades Search Consultant will connect talented individuals in the skilled trades with career opportunities, serving as the go-to expert for candidates and clients and driving successful placements. What You'll Do
- Drive sales and achieve placement targets by placing skilled trades professionals with client companies
- Own the full placement cycle from identifying candidates to offers and onboarding
- Build client trust and deliver high-quality talent that meets client needs
- Proactively develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline to fill current and future openings
- Monitor key metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, client satisfaction) and identify areas for improvement What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years of success in direct hire and achieving personal goals through new client acquisition and repeat placements
