About the Role Joining Suez as a Site Supervisor responsible for supporting and supervising three waste recycling centres (HWRCs) in Allendale, Haltwhistle, and Kirkley West Thorn, from Hexham site offices. You will ensure site compliance, manage staff and resources, and support resale activities while delivering excellent customer service and ensuring payroll accuracy. What You'll Do
- Supervise recycling centres within the area and ensure compliance with permits and standards.
- Efficiently deploy staff and resources including resale activities and budget management.
- Handle customer complaints with timely resolutions and provide responsive service.
- Ensure working hours are managed and information is provided to payroll for correct payment.
- Maintain records in accordance with policies and legislation (training records, risk assessments, safe working procedures).
