About the Role This is a first-line management site role at SUEZ Avonmouth, focused on leading a large on-site team and supporting production targets. You will coordinate with Bulk Haulage & Trading, promote health and safety, and drive safe, efficient material handling operations. The role offers opportunities to upskill and develop within a rapidly evolving site. What You'll Do
- Assisting Site Supervisors with day-to-day management of a large team.
- Coordinating with Bulk Haulage & Trading to ensure the provision of adequate resources to move material on and off site, in a timely manner.
- Assist site management to ensure daily production targets are achieved and production time is maximised at the facility.
- Maintaining Shift Logs and provide daily feedback on performance to teams.
- Carry out toolbox talks for Safe Systems and Safety Alerts.
