About the Role Syensqo is seeking a professional to own the site Piping Mechanical Integrity program, focusing on early defect detection and elimination, and to drive asset performance through the site OEE program. This role will require applying continuous improvement approaches and coordinating capital projects to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations. What You'll Do
- Own and drive the site Piping Mechanical Integrity program with emphasis on early defect detection and defect elimination
- Ensure asset performance aligns with the site OEE program
- Apply continuous improvement methodologies to optimize reliability and performance
- Manage financial resources, tools and reporting for asset management and capital projects
- Lead and direct capital projects from planning through execution
- Leverage information systems and CMMS (SAP experience) to manage assets and maintenance
