About the Role Site Operative on an outdoor site for SUEZ in Devon, supporting greener waste recovery and customer service.
The role focuses on helping members of the public use the site effectively, keeping areas tidy and ensuring safety and compliance with company policies. What You'll Do
- Provide excellent customer service and advise the public on how to use the site to maximise recovery of materials and keep the site tidy
- Ensure compliance with SUEZ health and safety requirements
- Maintain accurate records for the removal of materials from the site What We're Looking For
- Excellent customer service skills with the desire to go the extra mile
- A team player but able to work independently
- Keen interest in progressing within the company Nice to Have
- Training opportunities including IOSH health & safety and COTC Level 4 Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: £12.81 per hour
