About this role
EINIGE AUFGABEN IM DETAIL
- Du schließt den Hochlauf des Lagers ab und verantwortest Performance, Qualität, Sicherheit und Kundenzufriedenheit
- Du führst unsere zentralen und operativen Fachbereiche und entwickelst sie strukturell und methodisch weiter
- Du bist Schnittstelle zu allen internen, externen und öffentlichen Stakeholdern und Partnern des Lagers in Lich
- Du verantwortest die konsequente Einhaltung aller Ceva-Standards, Vorgaben und Erfüllung von Kundenanforderungen
- Du initiierst und garantierst den Erfolg von Veränderungs- und Verbesserungsprozessen
DAS BRINGST DU MIT
- Ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium oder eine vergleichbare Berufsausbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Hochlauf und im Betrieb von Fulfillment Centern mit voller Budget- und Ergebnisverantwortung
- Führungserfahrung und -stärke im Mittelstand und/oder internationalen Konzernumfeld
