Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Site Manager to oversee and manage all on-site activities for Hitachi Rail projects in Romania, specifically for the Craiova and Caransebes projects. This role involves ensuring the successful execution of projects according to specifications, timelines, and budget, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and supervise all on-site personnel and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Plan, organize, and direct daily site operations, including resource allocation, scheduling, and progress monitoring.
- Ensure strict adherence to project plans, engineering specifications, quality control procedures, and all relevant health and safety regulations.
