The Site Logistics Lead is responsible for on-site logistics execution, including deliveries, unloading operations, warehouse coordination, and material flow (in strict cooperation with the PSC team to ensure on time deliveries according to the site needs) to installation teams. This role ensures that materials are available, handled, and tracked correctly at site level, avoiding delays in construction and commissioning.
Key responsibilities
- International Logistics Strategy & Execution
- Own the full logistics chain from factory (Italy) to U.S. project sites
- Plan and optimize multimodal transport (sea, road, intermodal)
- Ensure delivery timelines are fully aligned with project schedules
- Customs & Trade Compliance
- Manage and coordinate external customs brokers
- Ensure compliance with U.S. import regulations and trade requirements
