Job Title: Site Electrical Engineer

Location: Wuse 2, Abuja (FCT) Employment Type: Full-time

Electrical design verification & execution: Review, interpret, and validate electrical design drawings, schematics, and load calculations to ensure full alignment with project scope and architectural aesthetics.
Oversee the complete on-site installation of electrical wiring, conduits, panelboards, switchgears, and power distribution systems across all luxury units and estate common areas.
Smart home & modern systems integration: Supervise the installation and integration of advanced smart home automation systems, including motorized shading, intelligent lighting control, access control, and home security infrastructure.
