About the Role
- Do you love beautiful spaces, thrive on hitting sales targets, and know how to turn a showroom visit into a sale? SPAR is looking for an Outlet Concept Manager to take full ownership of our Furniture Showroom in Port Harcourt — running the floor, leading the team, and making sure every customer who walks in leaves impressed (and buying).
- This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can sell, merchandise, and manage a team — all at once — while keeping the showroom looking every bit as premium as the SPAR brand demands.
What You'll Do
- Drive showroom sales and consistently hit monthly targets
- Welcome customers, present products, and prepare accurate quotations
- Generate and follow up on leads to support ongoing business growth
- Curate attractive, on-brand product displays and visual merchandising
