About the Role Shop Employee (m/f/d) at Flix at the Port of Tallinn, responsible for day-to-day shift management, supporting the shop team and ensuring smooth operations, while delivering high-quality service to passengers in Estonian and English. What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality service to passengers, including assistance with boarding, transfers, ferry check-in, travel disruptions, and providing clear travel information in Estonian and English.
- Sell FlixBus tickets at the station and online, and enter offline bookings into the Flix system using external platforms, reports, and Excel.
- Manage reservations for operational needs (ferries, TPilet, Matka-Huolto), create bookings in providers' extranets, adjust them for delays or changes, and communicate with passengers and partners.
