About the Role Amorino is seeking talented bi-lingual Baristas and retail associates for our Casablanca – Maarif store to deliver outstanding customer service and craft high-quality gelato and beverages. You will represent Amorino's passion for serving customers and maintaining high store standards in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers who walk through our doors
- Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about gelato, coffee, dessert preparation and products
- Perform setup, cleanup, stock work and handling of food items
- Maintain high quality store operations What We're Looking For
- High school diploma, or equivalent (preferred)
- Customer service focused and solution oriented
- Need to be a fast learner, agile, and quick at hand-crafting gelato
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and co-workers
