About the Role Silvus Technologies, a subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, is seeking a Shipping Lead who will report to the Shipping Manager. The successful individual will manage outbound shipments, including inspection, packing, and paperwork, and will handle inventory, coordinate transportation, and ensure timely deliveries. This position is fully onsite at Silvus Technologies’ Warehouse in Culver City, CA, with a start time of 1:30 PM, Monday through Friday. What You'll Do
- Train and mentor Shipping team members to foster a productive and compliant work environment.
- Coordinate with Shipping Supervisor on daily shipping operations to meet customer delivery schedules.
- Ensure accurate picking, packing, labeling, and compliance with shipping regulations, including hazardous materials handling, and international export requirements.
