About the Role
You'll be a key part of Epic's Facilities operations, managing the flow of materials, tools, and supplies that keep campus pods stocked and teams productive. You'll be responsible for warehousing operations, material distribution, purchasing coordination, and inventory replenishment.
What You'll Do
- Receiving inbound shipments and processing outbound packages
- Fulfilling internal orders from central stock and coordinating with vendors on purchasing
- Conducting campus inventory coordination and stock fulfillment
- Making delivery runs to campus pods to restock materials and supplies
- Maintaining accuracy in our inventory management system
- Partnering with Facilities trades and pod teams to anticipate material needs
- Coordinating with contractors for material allocation and pickup
