About the opportunity
Tenemos una oportunidad para vos, estamos buscando Shift Supervisor en Villa del Parque.
- Asegurar la correcta operación (proceso de picking) de la tienda durante su turno, manteniendo altos estándares de Calidad, en concordancia con los Procesos y Políticas de la Compañía.
-Coordinar el equipo y sus tareas, asignando recursos según prioridades y maximizando la productividad. Solucionando conflictos que puedan darse en su turno de trabajo.
-Asegura el staff adecuado por día y horario, estando en constante comunicación con el Store Manager, respecto de la performance del equipo.
