Shift Engineer
As the Shift Engineer, you’re a key member of the Kettering Team. You will contribute to the success of Ball by performing tasks and proving services to support the plant's production goals and overall business plans. The Shift pattern is: 6 days on (2 morning, 2 afternoon, 2 night shifts) - 8.5 hours per shift. 4 days off
Your key responsibilities include:
- Complies with established job safety practices, policies and procedures a specified in plant and corporate directives for the safe performance of the work assignment.
- Supports and follows the guidelines of the food safety system.
- Performs various manual or mechanical production and support functions by operating, adjusting, and repairing the production and support equipment to meet customer specifications.
- Performs preventative maintenance on production and support equipment as required.
