About the Role Prevost, a division of Volvo Group Canada Inc., is seeking a Services Controller, North America for its Sainte-Claire plant or Sainte-Foy office. The role provides financial leadership for Prevost's services network and ensures adherence to financial controls and policies, partnering with the organization to drive performance. What You'll Do
- Manage monthly financial closing & reporting process, including reviewing and analyzing reported figures, control reports and investigating and resolving issues.
- Ensure timely and high-quality reporting per branch.
- Develop and monitor existing KPIs.
- Investigate significant variances from prior period actual results and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Assist in development and implementation of new analysis tools.
- Promote and enhance sharing of best practices with the entire network.
