Job Duties:
- Lead the pre-sales and project oversight for the SMB Migration Factory, including Project Delivery and pre-sales: Scoping, Pricing, Building Statements of Work, and engagement with AWS.
- Responsible for designing and implementing service delivery solutions and strategies that align with client needs and business objectives.
- Create service delivery frameworks, identify the right technologies and methodologies, and ensure that services are delivered effectively.
- Shaping the overall service delivery landscape and play a lead role on consulting engagements.
- Serve as the face to the customer and provide leadership of the delivery team.
