Our client, an innovative, fast-growing technology company, are hiring a ServiceNow Presales Architect to join the team remotely on an initial six-month contract. The successful candidate will lead technical discovery, design solution architectures, and drive successful customer engagements.
Responsibilities
- Lead customer discovery sessions and workshops to gather business requirements and define technical solution strategies.
- Design and present scalable ServiceNow solution architectures with a strong emphasis on Customer Service Management (CSM), CRM and CPQ.
- Create high-quality presales documentation, including solution designs, technical approaches, implementation roadmaps, project scoping, integration strategies, demo plans, and technical responses for RFPs, RFIs and proposals.
