About the Role As a ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert with deep experience in Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), you will devise strategies, design, implement, and optimize HR solutions for clients using the ServiceNow platform.
Translate complex HR business needs—including employee lifecycle events, case management, and employee experience—into integrated ServiceNow HRSD solutions to address client requirements.
What You'll Do
- Lead and design ServiceNow HRSD solutions, including: HR Case Management, Employee Service Center (ESC), Lifecycle Events, Knowledge Management, & Document Management
- Configure and extend ServiceNow solution components to automate HR processes, workflows, integrations, and reporting
- Provide technical guidance on ServiceNow HRSD best practices
