Our client, a leading US Entertainment company, is hiring an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join their team in New York City on a contract-to-hire basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, enhancing and evolving the ServiceNow platform across multiple business units, ensuring it continues to meet business needs through scalable and effective solutions.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support four ServiceNow instances across ITSM, ITOM, SPM, SPO and Workflow Data modules. Maintain, optimize and enhance the ServiceNow platform in line with best practices and business requirements. Design, develop and implement scalable ServiceNow applications, workflows and platform enhancements. Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
