ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect
Our client, a Digital Transformation Services organization, is hiring a talented ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect to join their New York team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will lead the architecture and delivery of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions, partnering with clients throughout the full project lifecycle from solution design through implementation.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design and delivery of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HAM, SAM, CSM and related modules.
- Design scalable, secure and high-performing ServiceNow architectures aligned with platform best practices and the Now Create methodology.
- Define technical roadmaps, enterprise architecture standards, integration strategies and platform governance.
