Our client, a leading aviation company in Canada, is hiring an experienced ServiceNow AI Architect to join the team remotely on a part-time contract. The successful candidate will partner with a central platform team, delivering strategic architectural guidance and hands-on support across Now Assist, AI solutions, automation initiatives and ServiceNow platform governance.
Responsibilities
- Provide architectural leadership and hands-on expertise in implementing ServiceNow Now Assist, identifying impactful use cases and establishing delivery roadmaps.
- Design, develop and optimize automation solutions using Flow Designer, App Engine and ServiceNow development tools.
- Support the creation of an effective AI governance framework, leveraging practical knowledge of ServiceNow AI Control Tower capabilities.
