About this role
Service Sales Specialist-Motion Service
In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive service sales processes, generate new opportunities, and secure profitable growth within the Motion Service division, focusing on Drives and primarily targeting End Users in Liguria, Emilia and Marche regions.
You will focus on increasing penetration of the Installed Base (IB) and promoting the full Service portfolio for Drives, including spare parts, service agreements, maintenance, training, digital, energy efficiency, and modernization solutions.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Penetrating the Installed Base by promoting upgrades, retrofits, and value-added solutions
- Generating service sales leads and developing new business opportunities through market analysis and customer engagement
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with End User customers
