About the Role This role leads Radiometer's service operations in the West/APT region from Mumbai, ensuring reliable instrument uptime and high-quality field support. You will manage a team of Field Service Engineers, drive performance metrics, and maintain strong relationships with hospital stakeholders while adhering to safety and internal policies. What You'll Do
- Plan, coordinate and monitor service operations across the zone to ensure optimal uptime of our instruments.
- Ensure preventive maintenance and breakdown support are carried out efficiently.
- Review and analyze service KPIs like MTTF (mean time to fix), FTFR (first time fix rate) and NPS.
- Lead, train and motivate a team of FSEs; conduct performance reviews and provide technical and soft skill development.
