Für den Bereich Customer Service suchen wir befristet bis zum 30.09.2027 einen Service Inhouse Specialist (x|w|m). In dieser Rolle bist du die erste Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden im technischen Service Lab Products & Services und die Schnittstelle zu unseren Vertriebs- und Service- Außendienstmitarbeitenden.Das Team besteht aus zehn Mitarbeitenden und freut sich darauf, mit dir die Zukunft zu gestalten.Der Job ist in Teilzeit oder Vollzeit möglich und erfolgt vor Ort am Siekanger in Göttingen.

- Sicherstellen eines reibungslosen First-Level-Supports als zentrale Anlaufstelle für Kundenanfragen im technischen Service
- Bearbeiten von Anfragen von der Angebots- und Rechnungsklärung bis zur eigenständigen Klärung unvollständiger Vorgänge
